Fuse blowing

The 15 amp fuse for the radio/cigarette lighter and side mirrors on my 90 keeps blowing (burnt through). Is this a common occurrence for anyone else? Firstly I thought it was the fact that I had a cooler box plugged into the 12v supply but I haven't used it since and still blowing. The radio is nearly permanently on and it is an aftermarket Panasonic which has never given me trouble over the last 4 years. Fuse blows usually when the radio is on which then goes dead. Any ideas? I have changed the fuse now 3 times!

I would take the radio out and look for bare wires that might touch each other occasionally .

my fuse was working perfectly fine for me but i knew my fuse was blown. Turns out it was located like 4 -5 spots to the right of the 1 you showed.
