Heater control panel

Just as you need a bit of heat it go's tits Typical.

My heater control panel seems to have a mind of its own as I slide the temp up all different settings appear.

First no heat then after 30 mins all heat and can't turn it off.

I have looked on the forum as I was advised some kind person has done a post about the service/ repair of a heater panel................Cant find it

Any advise on the heater control or the post I am looking for
