Help need it to identify the items circled in red in the picture attached

Hello all, 2008 Toyota LC 200, in the car jack compartment could someone tell what are those fuses for and the black device circled in red?
What I need is to connect to a hot wire a 12V power outlet.

Looks like it might be wiring and relays for trailer socket wiring.
