I just purchased a 2005 / Busted Subwoofer

Love this vehicle... drives like a boss! However it has several busted speakers. I replaced the doors but I cant figure our how to get to the subwoofer in the back....

I tried pulling on the wall panel but got timid when I heard some cracking?

Any help is appreciated!
