KZJ70 1994 turbo. Troubleshooting help loss of power

Hi gents.
until yesterday car running smooth lot of power
today when I was going up hill, I heard a slight noise, like a misfire, while accelerating and the car now won't go as quick and powerfull as before
actually struggling to go over 50 mph
No weird noise In the engine, gearbox, no smoke or any abnormal indication.
any idea how to start the troubleshooting?

To much air not enough fuel feels like that maybe you split a fuel pipe so its sucking air reducing the amount of fuel that reaches the pump .
