I need to ask some more questions, such as type of flange joint, does it follow original routing, type of mountings etc. If I am happy and the work can be done in one day, then it's off to South Wales for the day.

Can someone tell me how to do Sarn Helen and get the system made and fitted all in one day?

160 pound 2.5 inch stainless with small silencer and flex thats how much mine was. I took the old one off and welded a new mount on the chassis they did the rest. took them a few hour job done!

Interesting. How long ago did you have it done, does it follow the same route as the old one and is the system mandrel bent or is it a number of pre-bent tubes welded together?

It was made last year on a mandrel bender, I run 35s on mine with no lift, the tyre fouled on the exhaust so I went down the custom route. Its tooked up behind the rock slider then pokers out just in front of the rear wheel. the sills on mine have been replaced with box section so are a little higher than stock and stick out more than the exhaust .

I have not managed to damage it or crush it and I have drove over some very rough rocky lanes in Derbyshire and north yorkshire. Here I am at cowm a local p&p site
