Hi, I need a part (51594) that is particularly difficult to obtain, For a 2001-2006 100 Series Landcruiser passenger side, The Spring Cap, I am told that the 80, 100 and 105 share this component so I could use any of these as donor, it is welded to the chassis and the bump stop screws into it, it is often drilled out to fit air bags. I am happy to travel to get it and can bring my own tools to remove from perhaps a twisted damaged chassis, can anyone help with this please. Give a price please when replying. [email protected], prefer body off if possible so if you have a stuffed chassis in your paddock that would be awesome. Is Phillip Sproston a member on this site?

Hi Graeme , that would be partnumber 51593-60010, left / right handside identical, do not know the availability , but find some suppliers on ebay
George

I have had no luck finding this part either genuine or aftermarket, I am scrounging the wreckers with no luck. my only hope right now someone will see my predicament and help out. The left right thing was giving me grief and you have answered that one, I can use either side in the repair but finding now priority. Thank you
Graeme

Garry Rigby @80 breaker will have this for sure. Just google him. He's also on Ebay .

I found him but he is in the UK and no e-mail address I can write to, I don't like to deal with sites that require you to sign up to them ask questions, I am in Qld, Australia.

Probably worth double checking but the attached seems to suggest it's the same as an 80 series, might make the search easier?

Hi Graeme, Guruvetim is correct, just checked, these parts also were used on the 80 and 105 series, see file.

Thank you everyone for your time to assist me with this, I found a rust repair shop that offered to do the job, I checked out their work and asked how they were thinking of doing it, the quality/thickness of the metal they intended to use and I was satisfied they would do it right including replacing the Bump Stop. They are a certified inspection station also so they won't fudge anything, a load off my mind and I can now focus on selling my beast after all the issues are addressed.
