LJ70 Glow Plug Change

Has anyone changed the glow plugs on the LJ70 2.4TD? I can see the first two looks easyish but the rears look a little more tricky.

Easy job, I just removed a couple of bits of pipework to get at two of them. TAKE CARE when removing them, they can crack/snap off in the head if tey have been there along time... I gave them a good soaking in wd or similar overnight...they came out easy enough.

How do you remove the metal intake pipework that sits ontop of the rocker cover?

From what I can remember theres 2 or 3 bolts holding it on + the 2 hose clamps.
