I found this on the internet, it looks like a kit that has been fitted.

i would love to do this to mine, has anyone ever seen one or know where to get one?

Looks cool, never seen one for a swb like yours though, I believe the truck is a kzj73 as its a medium wheelbase, also the MIDs with that front end tend to be 3.0

It makes more sense for it to me a 73 or 74, as they have a FRP rear end, although it could go onto a 70 or 71 soft top.

Looks cool though!
