Metal valve stems suppliers

Can anybody recommend a supplier for short metal valve stems and caps suitable for offroading? Links would be great. Found these Milton 409s in the US. Are there any issues with using metal valve stems with OEM alloys in terms of dissimilar metal reactions?

I would have thought rubber ones would be better all round? However you can get hidden ones, they are flush fit with a screw in cap, I have some on my race car but they are a pain to use
