New tyres needed: 97 Toyota Land cruiser 265/75/R16 - what choice/price - Scotland

On a wee camping trip in Scotland (over from Ireland) and had a tyre pop the other day. Trying to get it fixed so have as spare.
However rest of tyres are 2nd hand and methinks safer to get a new set (of 5)

Thinking of BFG AT, Cooper or similar ilk. Any suggestions
80% road, 20% off-road.
Likely 265/75/R16
I've a separate set of mud tyres 255/85/16 BFG MT KO3 and look those (had to get new in Italy on my Balkans trip as other 2nd hand started to fade)

I'm close to Dundee but could do Aberdeen or Perth as well and at a stretch Edinburgh/Glasgow
