I don't see how the cop should be reprimanded, it was a natural initial reaction being rear ended, but it did seem to take a few seconds for him to realize that he was a cop and should deal with the matter in a "controlled" way

I thought he was pretty restrained really, did what he should and got himself under control before speaking to the driver, no evidence he 'angrily confronts the driver' as the report says. Don't see anything saying he was reprimanded.

There's tends to be a moment of natural reaction, then you catch yourself and remember to put your professional face on

Yep Moggy, just re-watched it and read the narrative again. I was a bit confused by the reference to "the undercover motorcycle officers..." because in the video, he didn't look too much "undercover" he even looks to be in uniform with all the police belt furniture on full display.
I must have dreamt the bit about a reprimand
