I am not 100% sure how it works but I think you can only share files in dropbox if you have a dropbox account. If this is not correct then please let me know other wise but if you have a dropbox account PM me your email address and I will share some reading with you. (It would be of more interest to you if you are South African)

IIRC non dropbox account holders can see the files as well
