We never use the back seats so I would happily pull them out and have the back completely flat. The only trouble is with two dogs we have two cages and if put fully towards the front it's really hard to reach them .

Thanks. I cut the worst out with a circular saw on a depth stop and used a detail sander with course then medium then fine sandpaper triangles on it and did it mostly by eye with the ply acting as contour lines. It worked out much nicer than I expected.
