The anti-spam filter thing I use is rejecting a lot of normal people as well which I am then having to register manually. I've relaxed the spam settings slightly and don't think it'll let the flood of spammers through but if you do see someone, please click on the "Report Post" link. It'll then email myself and other mods who can delete / kill / maim the user.
Having a look at the logs, it stopped 638 spammers from registering yesterday.
