spring loaded, moveable cargo tie downs/eyes

Anyone know where I can find some spring loaded moveable anchor points to run ratchet straps through. Theyre from SA i think, a big round eye sitting on a spring loaded catch system that slots into a rail...

Can't seem to find 'em.

Thats them, thanks very much Chris. I've lost a few of the single stud rings. Bought them in SA a few years back but couldnt remember what they were called.

Actually I think that you can get these from some bus and coach company somewhere up in Cumbria. Could be wrong though.
