strange oil leak ?

There appears to be a very fine oil leak that is coating the bulkhead (under the screen) and being a complete numty i have absolutely no idea where it could be coming from. It's very black and thin but not diesel but then doesn't feel like engine oil either

It does not appear to be any thing major but if anyone has a clue it would be appreciated

Bit more of a clue on location please - is it on turbo side or power steering side?

Others have noted top cam cover leaks, maybe some photos would help to pinpoint the offending leak.
