Tailgate door compartment

I opened the rear door compartment and it’s empty, does anyone know what should be in here?
Dealer is checking also.

Fairly sure it's for a red warning triangle if that is a legal requirement in the market the car is being sold in. Eg, not in the UK.

Thanks Rob, I’d have thought there’s enough cash in a new car for them to leave the red triangle in, UK or otherwise!

I suspect they are not factory fit. Added by dealer in country.

Looks to me ideal storage for a fire extinguisher and they are a requirement some places and have to be "in date" . I suppose supplying it opens the door to potential liabilities .

Only recently I opened the rear drivers side cubby in my 80 and discovered a first aid kit that might have been there since 1997 ?
