So it's really starting to cool down now for winter.
Now the fun time begins for some.
Careful though, there has been more than one or two 4x4 owners come to grief on slippy, icy roads.

There has been snow up 'ere for a few weeks now!

a dusting of the stuff on the hills around my home last monday

and Lochnagar near Balmoral Castle had some snow on it on Saturday when we mountain biked past it.

A mad friend was skiing on cairngorm in the last few weeks too...

I hope to get on skis this coming weekend if we get enough snow,
put the winter wheels on the scooby at the weekend ready for it.
Just hope there isnt too much snow in 4 weeks time when a few of us are laning in the lake district!

We're heading up to Inverness on Saturday and the forecast is that it's going to turn very, very wintry next week!!
