Thinking of a trip next year - alps, southern Germany, Czech

Only back "home" for under a day and thinking of "the next trip" already!

Plenty more to do in Spain, but also think of somewhere "slightly" closer in North Europe
I can get ferrys from Newcastle > Amsterdam, shortens my driving a bit.

Thinking of Southern Germany - Munich, Alps, Czech Republic and possibly Poland.

what are their laws like for "greenlaning" ? anyone know?
doubt there are any "roadbooks" for these areas like Vibtraction provide for Spain, so planning a trip would not be so straightforward, going the non-commercial route without guides etc

anyone done an offroading trip in these areas?
