It looks like it's a timing chain rather than a belt. If it needs a new timing chain, then I'm not sure is the answer, a lot are Europe based and those of us in Australia tend to have older Land Cruisers. I'd guess change out of $3000 and you'd be doing well for parts supplied and fitted if it needs a new timing chain - timing chain kit is at least $900 looking around (Supercheap had it listed, nothing at Repco or AllFourx4), so call it $1200 supplied, and then allow a day or so of labour (8hrs @ $125/hr = $1000, 12hrs (1.5 days) =$1500) + oil ($120 or so)
Also, remember you don't take your own bit of steak to the pub for them to cook, so don't ask (unless you have a good relationship with them) a workshop to fit parts you've supplied.
