A WONDERFUL AFTERNOON.........
A real honour and a privilege to meet Mary Sievier who rode around the world before me between 1967 to 1976 on her 175cc BSA Bantam (and there I was thinking my BMW was uncomfortable ;- )). We had so much to talk about and so many similar experiences to share, it was extraordinary.
Mary will be attending the Overland Event (2nd-5th September near Oxford) where she will giving a presentation and is hoping to ride there on her original bike!! Great to see she still has her wonderful spirit of adventure:- ))) — with Mary Sievier.
Found this article about this remarkable woman iv never heard of.... Afraid She doesn't have a 127 episode you tube series ... But some wonderful Tales i bet... Top Lass!
