With a 2" lift the tow ball on my 80 is far too high for towing normal commercial (e.g. ifor williams) trailers and yet the tow ball plate would still affect clearance at the back (spare wheel removed) with a high departure angle as it sits below bumper.
Has anyone come accross an adjustable tow-ball (2") plate to do normal towing for the day job, and easily removable completely for overland/offroad
