TOYOTA LAND CRUISER VX 100 1998 4.2T Auto Gearbox Issue a442F

Hi Guys.
Need your HELP and Expertise.

My land cruiser previously had a slipping gears where i then Recently Rebuilt my Land Cruiser Gearbox and the following parts were changed ;
1.A440,A442F,8-Pin Gasket & Seal Kit,(TransP) kit
2.A440F,A440FE,Friction Module,Landcruiser,85-92, kit
3.A442,A442F,Toy,Steel Module,95-Up kit
4. A440,A442F,Toyota Filter,83-96,(Late type) kit

Now, Vehicle would reverse Ok but when driving forward would only engage and start in 2nd gear only. Would not change to 3rd.
My question what could be the issue? Transmission new Oil level ok.

Has the ECU wiring been reconnected? Sounds like it hasn't, or there's a fault with it. Not sure if Techstream gives access to the transmission ECU and data values, but it would be worth looking to check what the ECU thinks is happening.

Thank you for your response.

Will have a look to the Ecu. Do you think it might be the valve body as well?
 
It could be a fault in the valve body, or the electric solenoids on the valve body that are controlled by the ECU, but I would start by checking that the ECU is connected and working because that's in charge of telling the valve body what to do with regards to changing between different forward gears.
