Trusted Mechanic in South Africa

A quick question for the South African members, can anyone recommend a good trusted mechanic in South Africa, preferably in Cape Town, or Durban at a push. I need someone who knows what they are doing to change the clutch in my 105 series. I will have the new clutch and bearing with me, so its the labour only.

I'm sure we had a thread on trusted garages but for the life of me I can't find it.
