Trying to figure out the VIN

Hi all

I am looking at 2 options of a 2015 LC76, both have 1hz engines and are identical as far as I can see. The only difference is on the VIN plates under the section "Option", one of the vehicles says 391 and the other says 375. I have tried scrolling throughout the web to understand what these numbers mean, would appreciate any support!

Do they have diff locks? Or different interiors/electric windows, a winch?

Both seem to be similarly spec'd, so nothing obvious
