Turbo sizing

Hey all I’m needing a new turbo what am I gonna be able to run on a stock 1hz with the turbo straight off the manifold no intercooler. Im looking at 16gs with a 6cm housing don’t know if I can get one with a 7 or 8cm housing cause I dont know anything about turbo sizing. I’m wanting to be sitting around 15-16 psi
