The drawer unit in the back of my 80 would rattle like mad on an uneven surface, :thumbdown: I thought originally because it wasn't bolted to the deck. so now it is and it still rattled, tyre pressures were 40psi (for more economy) so I've now reduced them to the recomended 32psi, Voila! no rattles and a more comfortable ride.
Now I shall see what, if any difference there is to petrol consumption. :think:
 
After running higher pressure you should probably also check the tread depth in the centre verses the outer edge ... if you haven't already been keeping an eye on it of course!
