I’ve had an oil seepage from somewhere other than the oil sump plug (it’s always oily around there) and I think I ve narrowed it down to either the oil strainer flange gasket OR the strainer sub assembly hose which has just aged since 2011.
I’ll just replace them both. Only thing is that hose from the sump to the oil pump doesn’t seem to be on the parts list
1) Does that mean I need to change out the whole sub-assembly (item 15104) ?
2) while I’m at it is there anything else that s worth replacement in the area? Any common points of failure?
