Hi!!
Greetings from Pakistan, this is my first thread... ever! tbh...
'93 LC80 nicknamed Zelena is my first project. bought in Dec 2017 in completely stock form. The below pic is from the first few days
Over the past 2yrs all the mods done to date have been budget mods on a very tight budget and most spares purchased have been scrapyard parts. please note that Pakistan has a very good scrapyard/junkyard industry and you can get ANYTHING if you have the patience to look long-hard enough. My car is a testament to that
Then again, I have purchased brand new parts as well
fuctional details:
VX-L grade
1HD-T (completely rebuilt by my mechanic friend and myself)
electronic 4 speed auto with CDL and ECT
Pedders 3" lift kit (purchased brand new)
Yokohama 315/75/r16 I/T (purchased brand new, but these were the only 35" available)
The Ice terrain tires was a trade-off. Funny story behind it; The bull bar and the headlamps were the first mods that went into it, the vehicle had 265/70/16s on it when bought and the bullbar I fell in love with made it look like a lowrider than an offroader. We realized that we needed bigger tires minimum for the car to not look funny and these were the only ones around.
the second pic below is with the 35s
cosmetics:
original British green color
ARB deluxe front bull bar(not of an 80series, modified to fit; conscious decision because it gives it a larger/bulkier look)
roof rack
rear ladder
snorkel
52" LED bar
5" front LED Lamps
Aftermarket headlamps and tail lights
multipurpose spade mounted on the roof rack
5xGTRwheel rims
grained black fender flares
custom fabricated sidesteps and bullbar extension
Future Plans:
Either Mickey Thompson Baja Claw TTC 35s or Yoko M/Ts
1" body lift and 2" wheel spacers after tire change
eventual re-gearing. I plan on getting front and rear lockers so this will happen together
custom designed rear bullbar(hopefully my own design)
winch
hi-lift Jack
2x30L jerrycans
on board air compressor
to keep the color tone to dark green and matte black apart from the wheels
