    Factory Central locking problem

ok - then the fob is/has given notice...I am sure you have replaced the battery with limited joy? better to replace the fob as sometimes the little button/switch thingys have had it. you do get aftermarket replacements (again just need to match codes or dip switch settings)

am I correct that the Key (only) can unlock only one door - whereas the fob (remote) does not unlock all/any/one door?

Sound like the key fob is the culprit here... try the spare key? You can get replacement keys but they need to be coded to your ignition first.

    bacteria in the tank

just by way of clarity: All diesel tanks will accumulate water to some extent. Diesel (hydrocarbon) is hygroscopic by nature pulling moisture from the air that enters your tank when the fuel level lowers. Such moisture is normally held in a micro-suspension (for low concentrations) to splitting...

    bacteria in the tank

This is where the power washer comes in...if possible hot water with a strong detergent, followed by cold water rinsing and flushing with some clean diesel/paraffin.... you have to get rid of the sludge, otherwise it just grows again didn't want to mention - its a whole lot easier when the tank...

    bacteria in the tank

if you have bacteria (fungus type growth) means you also have water... this now means you have to find /stop the source of the water. Obviously, the tank needs to be cleaned (rip, strip, power wash) including the lines and everything else wherever the fuel flowed through... Next step is the...

    Fuel problem

no signs of a leak? after fully priming the diesel line (hand pump) - try cracking a line, in turn, at or near each of the injectors to release any pent up air/bubbles (similar to bleeding brakes). this will entail priming again for each cyclinder. continue bleeding until just liquid appears (no...

    Fuel problem

Might not be Petrol as the contaminant - could be paraffin, furnace fuel, off spec jet - any one of these things (whatever was last carried in the delivery tanker)? 3/4 fill a clear glass jam jar with the stuff out of your vehicle tank - and observe. water will separate out quite quickly (water...
