I helped clean up a variable vane turbo for a friend a while ago (a vw) and the simplest method was to soak the one side in oven cleaner, being careful not to soak the seal, and then blast some air through it. We did this with it in situ.

If I still had the 90 I'd have volunteered to help but unfortunately I've not got a vehicle suitable. BTW I think my boss might have tried to get in touch.

Ah, well depending on the bike there's plenty of options for extra fuel capacity. Do you see many bikes headed out on the trails in oz?

Fuel range? I get nearly 200miles out of tank when I'm not hanging about, if I managed to do that many lanes on the bike in one day I think I'd collapse!

Most drive through washes advise you not to use them if you have a rear mounted spare, personally I'd never use one anyway. Nasty scratchy things.

LED lighting looks good, do you not find it a little clinical though? I think I'd rather go with a "warm" style lighting.

Chunky looks better but for me on the off road sites I visit I find skinny tyres perform better. All depends on where you plan on using it really.
