2H Power Recovery

Next thing to consider is how old / good the injectors are. Terrain tamer suggest replacing them every 100k but as i dont know how old mine are, or how to test them, i was thinking of replacing them anyway. There seems to be 3 parts, the injector, a washer and a seat. Would everyone agree that if replacing them then all 3 parts are required? Has anyone done this on a 2H? Is it straight forward or are there common issues to look forward to?
All help greatly appreciated.

Removed the redundant tow bar today, must weigh 70-80 lbs. a better departure angle too with the straight accross rear bumper
