Just to throw another system into the mix .... The X Force system is very good value and bolts straight up.... it's a little noisy but not silly and doesn't scare the horses....
It's also turbo back with a cast dump pipe... route's exactly as O.E system but to be fair to C W Motorsports isn't nice shiny polished stainless but has bolted flange joints so is pretty tough .

Yes I agree to it’s good value, but I’ve been beside one and it’s way too noisy for me. A long time ago maybe but not now.

It is louder than standard but not that intrusive when driving .... although in fairness under full load at higher revs it isn't discreet .
You can look straight through the silencer so I can see why it's louder.... I think they may make 2 types ....mine certainly has the small silencer and is loud enough for the wife to notice the difference between this and the previous stock system but with the big centre box straight piped....
On the motorway at constant revs the X Force is not too bad at all ..... think the difference between a 1056 International on full chat and a 1455 ;-) it's got more of a Magnum 7200 series bark under load

Ah old 1455’s and magnums, real horsepower. We had a 1056xl, 35 years ago, good tractor iffy gearbox.

Funnily enough I spent hours of my yoof in 1056's ..... never had any gearbox issues though ..... then put over 10 thousand hours on a 7110 Magnum and 6000hrs on a 7220 Magnum before I grew up and stopped driving tractors ;-)
Have you seen what 1455's are worth now !!!

Yep, and in fact any tractor made in the ‘90’s. A local farmer contractor here loves old Ford’s. I’m not sure of the models but all are from the 80’s and 90’s and only cost him a few thousand quid. The main one driving a 3 year old McHale bailer/wrapper was a TW 35 from 1995 or so. He bought it for £4K a few years ago and other than repainting the cab, it runs like a sewing machine. Bailed as well as a new fendt at £200k and sipped the gogo juice. Sorry to all the others reading this for the tractor talk!

Which is why I can't find anything to replace a 1996 80 series..... I think there is a sweet spot at the end of the 90's where cars , trucks , bikes, and tractors were all built to last and probably all made from virgin steel so none of the dubious quality issues that stem from the very material modern cars are made from..... not to mention the urge now to make wiring looms from recycled products the rodents love to chew....
