Any idea where to get the rest of it as that only uives the transmission part in that link and the index lists more than that.

Have a look in the service manuals section on the menu bar towards the top the this site there are a lot more in there.

Didn't see this on the list. I don't have a write up but have performed the mod following the linked video to stash a 33" tire so that it reaches just even with the bottom of a tow bar(hitch) if you have one installed. Incidentally, I also stow the spare with about 5 psi to get a little more squish.
