you do need power and torque though for sand and mud, or if your truck is well loaded, and Ethiopia is hilly

Hilly is an understatement for Ethiopia, powerful brakes more important than engine i.m.h.o

On one of the picturer looks like it has a new radiator and hoses, new fuel filter....I would ask what condition is the chassis.If there's minor rust spots its nothing to worry about however I doubt there's no rust. Also ask in what condition is the engine ( is it burning oil etc.), turbo, GB and TC...differentials...Ask about anything that comes to mind...
