CB Radio set up - what do I need?

I'm after a CB radio system, now I had one as a kid 30 years ago but really know little about them.

I'm looking for a kit to modify to "quell" my neighbours stereo

Apparently all I need is a CB radio, an amp & and the right aerial, though any advice welcome What have you got lying around that might do the job

So you need to generate some dirty RFI? The problem with that is it's non discriminatory so you will most likely end up affecting more than just one neighbour and their Radio's, TV's etc etc.

Perhaps the slower route by lodging complaints and keeping a noise log for your local Environmental Noise Team to enforce mighht be better?
