Can somebody point me in the right direction;
Yesterday I decided to sort my woeful leccy windows out, so, one by one starting with drivers door I set to work. Spray grease on mechanisms, and silicone lubricant on the window runners. Then, contact cleaner on plug connections.
I also washed through the drivers window and lock switch 'unit' with contact cleaner.
Great, 2 hours later, my windows are much much better.
Now the central locking doesn't work......
I have doubled checked that everything is back together in the drivers door, so it isn't that.
The 'plipper' works the alarm just fine, but no longer the central locking. The key in the door - the door locks fine, but not the central locking.
I have checked all the fuses - they are fine.
I have disconnected both batteries and left them for 15 minutes - no change.
HELP - Im close to calling an auto electrician!
