Its beyond a joke these days - my site manager wasn't allowed to climb up a ladder fitted with safety hoops to get on top of some 10m tall silos which have handrailing around them for fall prevention as the silo tops were 'too slippy' & we hadn't provided a MS/RA for it...

No where's that medication before I get too carried away...
