16x8 0 offset steel wheels
285/75 R16 Cooper Discoverer STT
1 inch coil spacers on front
40mm coil spacers on rear

I wanted 50mm on the rear so planning to add the conical bumpstop which adds 10mm in height i had 40mm spacers custom made , but a dishonest seller has stolen one of the bumpstops so i had to do without them .

Beware of this rip-off merchant - http://stores.ebay.co.uk/wellspacedout?_trksid=p2047675.l2563

His alternative website - http://www.wellspacedout.co.uk/

I must be on my travels tomorrow so can't do much about it myself for the time being but i would be very grateful to anyone who can cause him even the slightest inconvenience :icon-evil:

Very stealthy and sleek.

very nice indeed! am considering putting a set of strut spacers like yours into the front of my second vehicle a hilux as it sits a little nose down up front. What height gains did you manage from the spacers on the front? and just from reading other forums on spacers, its advised to extend your bump stops the equivilant amount to prevent any damage to your shocks or balljoints when suspension is extending... not totally up to scratch on them but if its only used on tarmac you may be ok not doing this?? happy motoring tho!!

I think that Shayne has dropped off the grid for a while due to his work. He fitted some 25mm spacers to his that gave him a 55mm lift. He spoke about it in my thread here http://www.landcruiserclub.net/foru...eries-front-springs-fitted-to-Fierys-rear-end. He bought the spacers from this chap on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/outrageou...me=STRK:MEWAX:IT&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562 . I have also bought some spacers from off of the same chap, but got him to turn them down to 15mm as I'm hoping for a lift around 30mm. You could not want to engage with a better chap than Neil (the chap that sells the spacers that I linked to) as he's primarily a Hilux specialist. Here's a link to his web site (very out of date by his own admission and only the mobile number works) http://www.outrageousoffroad.co.uk/ depending upon what mark of Hilux you own will depend upon what method of lift you can use. I had quit a long conversation with him about the Hilux and the lift he sells for them involves a spacer below each of the ball joints, something to do with them having an upper torsion bar. This is all except the Mk6 Hilux that uses the spacers that also happen to fit 3 other models of vehicle the Colorado being one of them.
