Fuel filter hand pump replacement

My LC80 with a 1HD-T engine has problems with the priming pump on top of the fuel filter. The hand pump is not working, and can't be disassembled for repair. The top of the filter also has an electrical sender [ooh! looks like that might be a heater...] on it. The diesel specialist who is working on my engine is finding it difficult to source a replacement fuel filter top (I am UK based) - he has found one which does not have the sender (and has 8 mm rather than 12 mm fuel pipe connectors)...can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!!

note the 2nd piccy. you need to put your old heater element in there, i couldnt get it to seal nicely ( i may well be an idiot) so ended up buying the non heated version and sticking that on instead.
