Same tyres on Ray's truck with about 4" lift:

You don't need a monster lift to make 37's work.

i thought they seemed quite reasonable when i bought my rear ARB locker and compressor from them. 
i guess with the simex tyres they have invested a lot of money buying a container full, so understandably want to make a nice profit when selling them.
