Don't you just hate ParcelForce? My SandGrabba mats have arrived - ParcelForce want some £20 in VAT, and £13.50 to tell me that!!! Good grief - 70% fees? I'm defo int he wrong game - and IT know how to charge!!

You need to order in larger cost items Gary, then it doesn't seem so bad as its a flat fee.

I don't use them anymore to send stuff, their charges are too high, I go for Hermes or parcel2go, much cheaper.
yup I do too but unfortunately this came via Oz post so they will automatically go to ParcelForce I think ... oh well, I have some SandGrabbas now so still chuffed!
