Hard cut limiter

Hi,is there anyway to add a hard cut limiter on the 2.4 2-LT2 engine from 93'?

Never heard of one of them so looked it up and while it sounds cool it seems unlikely to work with a mechanical fuel pump which i assume you have ?

Besides the 2.4LT is not Toyota's strongest engine so I'd be very skeptical of adding something that could potentially upset timing .

That is what i thought of also ,wouldnt work on a mechanical pump,ig imma swap this bitch to a good m57 or a 1.9 tdi

1KZ-TE is the usual upgrade and that has an electric pump

I know but alot of my folks have problems with the electric pump on those engines so a 1kz-t with a mechanical would be a better choice for reliability hence I really go for the extreme part of offroading

Spill control valve fails eventually is the only not exactly common issue we hear .
