Heated seats

On my 2007 LC4 the seat base doesn't get hot, only the backrest.
Is this normal?

Interesting, on my 55 plated LC4 I think only the base section warms up... was like that from new

Just asked the missus and she reckons on our 2006 LC4 its bum and back....but what does she know!

So looks like post 2005 they have both bum and back heated seats... I will check again over the weekend.

Think you have come to the right conclusion Tony - I have a 2004 (i.e. older than yours) and it is has heated back and seat.

It's booked in with Toyota to be fixed next Friday - under warranty

Just picked up the car from Toyota who have fixed the seat heater.

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to the cost to replace the element in the seat base?
