I think it's straight to be honest. He's saying he may bring it back if there's a buyer of here. Cash on collection etc etc mobile number on the add.
He's not just asking for a bank transfer and asking to make contact solely out of eBay.

You can buy a 13foot trailer for £300-1000 that makes a 94 80 between £3000-3700 you see them all day long making that in the uk.

If it seems, hears and sounds like a scam then it is a scam. Remember eBay does not run escrow accounts for anyone.

Put the email address in google search. If it turns up in a listing of similar emails from Nigeria you know you are being conned.

I went through a similar experience recently in the UAE. Best exchange money in the hand and purchase the goods.
