LC300 - Engine stall while driving

While driving at a slow speed, the steering wheel suddenly locked up, causing the vehicle to automatically brake. I turned off the engine and waited for about five minutes. After that, I was able to restart the engine, and everything returned to normal. This situation occurred twice while driving at a slow speed.

Please teach me how to solve this kind of problem and how to take measure?
