Engine hesitation when driving at low RPM

Could do with a little help on info about my cruiser,


It's a 2009 D-4D 3.0 AUTO


Long story short, but when I'm driving at a slow speed accelerating up to 20/30mph (low RPM) the engine will hesitate to accelerate faster Evan when my foot is still on the pedal, so I'll eez off the pedal and put my foot back on then it'll go back to normal.

It doesn't happen all the time but it's mainly happening when I'm setting off out of junctions. Or driving slow with low RPM

Has anyone had the same problem? Ive searched it up and it couple of thing so id try my look on here if anyone els has had the same issue.

just been through a full service and had the SCV replaced to.

Any info to what which it could be would be great, cheers gents thanks for reading

Presumably the scv was replaced with the updated longer version ?

Can you reproduce it easily? Be good to get live data when the problem occurs that might help pinpoint the issue...

Has the MAF sensor been cleaned?

Yes bud just had full service and new longer updated SCV

I haven’t went that far yet bud but it’s next to do
