i never did find a square shaped box with click down sealing that was tall enough and right size to fit- which is what i really wanted.
make sure you use plenty of silicone sealant round the wires where they enter the box and all should be ok

I had been hunting for the right size box for months. In fact I have a collection of wrong sized boxes. Its been a while since I found it. I think I got it a Homesense store. It was one of those 'Yessss, that's it' moments when I spotted it. I should have got a spare when I had the chance. I am currently away. I'll see if I still have the label that was in it when I get back.

I plan to use sleeved grommits on the cables as well as plenty of silicone. I'll post some pics when I get round to fitting it.

Having acquired another Odyssey battery, I have decided to see if I can run a 3 battery setup (if I can squeeze a battery in the back somewhere). So I am in the market for another VSR. Anyone have a Cyrix that they want to part with?
