Netherlands overland routes

Can anyone recommend any Netherlands / W Germany / Belgium overland routes? I'm looking for some non-too-serious offroading / greenlaning in that area. Or any websites where they've had some good routes identified.

For that matter, what legally is allowed in this region? I can't find any guidance on that.

Probably I'm just bad at Google searches - that's quite likely as well!

For the southern part of Belgium, aka the Ardennes : no motorised traffic is allowed on any forest track.
